This blog is all about my reflections on life, fun, and music.

I spend my time rockin’ out with several local classic rock cover bands.  I follow them to all their gigs and cheer loudly from the front row.  I don’t do it for the glory or the spotlight, but purely for the love of the music and, if I must be honest, for the friendship with their wives

The band wives don’t resent me, a single girl who cheers and applauds their husbands while they sometimes have to stay home with family obligations. They don’t balk when I show up to each show with my tambourine and my beer, waiting with baited breath to see how the guys ordered their playlist that night.

I am proud to say I’m with the band wives.
